A Study on Analysing and Enhancing Web Accessibility in Archives
국문 초록
이번 연구에서는 국내외 영구 기록물 관리 기관과 대통령 기록관의 웹 접근성을 분석하고 그 결과 값을 토대로 온라인 기록정보서비스의 웹 접근성 제고 방안을 제시하였다.
연구 분석 방법으로는 KADO-WAH 4.0, CoolCheck, WAVE라는 웹 접근성 자동평가 도구 3가지를 활용하였다. 평가 결과 대통령 기록관을 비롯한 국내외 영구 기록물 관리 기관 웹 사이트의 웹 접근성 준수 정도는 대체적으로 현행 법률에서 제시하고 있는 최소 수준에 미치지 못하고 있는 것으로 드러났다.
이에 따라 결론에서는 평가 결과 값을 기초로 하여 ‘인식의 용이성’, ‘운용의 용이성’, ‘이해의 용이성’, ‘견고성’이라는 4가지 대분류 평가항목에 따라 분석하고 그에 따른 웹 접근성 제고 방안을 제시하였다.
영문 초록
This study suggests an education program using presidential archives to develop the multiple intelligence of children and youth based on the multiple intelligence theory and the resource-based learning theory.
Through literature review and interviews with an archivist working in the Presidential Archive in Korea, the study compared and analyzed the Presidential Archives' education programs in America and Korea. The implication of this study is two-fold. First, the education program suggested in this study could help learners improve academic abilities by developing multiple intelligence.
Second, the program could increase the awareness of the importance of presidential archives and thus, facilitate their use. - 목 차
